Terms & Conditions

General:

1. At KingyBaits we reserve the right to edit our terms & conditions at any given time. Any edits that are made will be affective from going live on our website so we ask you read and understand our terms & conditions before every order that you make with us through this website as your continued used of our website will signify your acceptance of all terms & conditions listed.

Order Process:

2.1 By using our site to make orders you are automatically agreeing to our full terms & conditions in place at the time.

2.2 The completion of the contract between us as the seller and you the buyer will be fully complete when your order has been processed, unless we have contacted you to say we don’t accept your order to which you would be fully refunded straight away.

2.3 Please be advised all boilies are supplying in 1kg bags, all pellets are supplied in 1kg bags, all particles are supplied in 2kg bags and all Goos are supplied in 100ml bottles no matter the quantity ordered. Any single product or size with * in the name is a MADE TO ORDER product which may delay the processing if your order.

Delivery:

3.1 When choosing the DPD delivery method this is all based on their 2-3 business day delivery scheme, although delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and unfortunately is down to the third-party. Full tracking is supplied with this option and will require a signature.

3.2 When choosing local delivery this is handled and delivered by a member of the KingyBaits team, this will be attempted within 24hrs of the order being processed unless communication has been made with us to request a specific time and date, these maybe attempted any time of any day of the week. If no communication is made with us we will attempt this delivery within the first said 24hrs of the order being processed and will also require a signature on deliver, if this is to fail and communication is still yet to be made a final attempt would be made the following day to which if this is also unsuccessful your order will be cancelled with no refund available.

3.3 If collecting your order will be ready to collect once your processed email is received to avoid disappointment and upset please communicate with us once your order has been processed to arrange a collection date and time due to restrictive parking. If no communication is made or attempted within 48hrs of order being processed we will see this as failure to for fill said agreement and you may receive a partial refund.

3.4 Risk of loss and damage of all of our products will be passed onto you the customer once your order has been delivered or from the date and time of the first attempted delivery.

3.5 We make every effort to make sure full customer satisfactory is made so please keep in mind when ordering frozen products that signature is required and we KingyBaits hold no responsibility to said product spoiling due to unsuccessful delivery.

3.6 We hold no responsibility for any products that are requested to be left in a ‘safe place’ this is fully at your own discretion.

Payment:

4.1 Payment is accepted on all methods available at the checkout and once payment has been made and received by us we will review your deliver address and stock availability as this may not be fully accurate on our website. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If we are short on stock and are unable to for fill your order we inform you of this as soon as possible. If necessary a full refund may be issued in the event we are unable to complete your order.

4.2 The price you pay for our products if the price you will see listed on our website, we review all orders before processing them and in the event there there is an error with products or prices listed on our website you will kibe contacted by a member of our team as soon as possible to get this resolved. In the event there is an error with pricing on our website and this is picked up by a member of our team you will be inform of this error and you will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or a full cancellation of your order. If we are unable to make contact with yourself or do not receive a response this will be seen as your order being cancelled, if you have paid for good you will receive a refund.

Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions:

5.1 We only accept returns on shelf life products to which we will accept within 5 days of the order being delivered.

5.2 In the event you are to receive damaged or faulty products please don’t hesitate to contact us at orders@kingybaits.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

5.4 If for any reason a customer is to return products these are to be packaged correctly and in a good condition to be eligible for a full refund please be advised any frozen products being returned are not refundable.
